MANUFACTURING Advent Design’s Contract Manufacturing Service compliments Advent Design’s Manufacturing Automation, Engineering Service and Product Design service offerings. Advent Design can quickly transition from the Product Design stage into Production significantly reducing "Time to Market". Having the developer continue with the product into production is extremely beneficial as the product evolves and new accessories are added to the product. Advent Design will develop a piece of custom manufacturing equipment and then run that equipment in our facility. Who better to run the equipment than the developer of the equipment. Advent Design has designed and installed Turnkey production and packaging lines and operated those lines in our facility. Advent Design brings to bear our Lean Manufacturing expertise on each contract manufacturing opportunity. Advent Design has set up a number of "mini-plants" which lend themselves well to our facility and help our engineers and technicians obtain production feedback about differing technologies and methods that we will later recommend to our customers. Advent Design’s engineering and project management expertise has also proven to be very effective in handling low-volume, technically complex contract manufacturing opportunities which many contract manufacturers lack interest in or do not have the expertise to successfully execute.
